Populating a Distribution List for Your Outlook 2007 Exchange Email Account

You can populate a distribution list with your Hosted Exchange Email account using Outlook 2007®. Distribution lists allow you to easily manage contact details, and send messages to multiple contacts at once.

To Populate a Distribution List

  1. Open the address book in your Outlook 2007 account.
  2. From the Address Type list, select Global Address List.
  3. Double-click your Distribution list name.
  4. Click the Modify Members button, and then click Add.
  5. From the Address Type list, select Global Address List.
  6. Double click each contact you want to add to the distribution list.
  7. Click OK.
